On the 28th January AstraZeneca announced that they are proposing certain changes to the current pension arrangements and they would like feedback to the proposals in February and March.

The announcement makes it clear that AstraZeneca employees will be invited to join the new AZ GSIPP and they will have two key decisions to make: Whether to 

  1. Leave their existing pension (the Investment Account) where it is 
  2. Transfer it where to invest future contributions (through the new AZ GSIPP)
