Reducing the cost of employee benefits
Over the last few years, we have been working closely with medium sized companies like yours to reduce the costs of their employee benefits.
In one case, we saved over £50,000 in annual management costs and in another we removed more than £1.5 million in liabilities from the pension fund, working with the trustees, the scheme actuary and the board.
We are a small firm which was founded by one of the Principals from Mercer Consulting, who in his 28 years in pensions/employee benefit consulting has also worked with HSBC Actuaries and Consultants, Hewitt Bacon & Woodrow and with Watson Wyatt at Director level and has a great deal of experience in this area.
He feels very strongly that in these days of "pensions simplification" many companies are being substantially overcharged by some of the larger firms of corporate IFAs and employee benefit consultants. In some cases, we have been able to significantly reduce costs and improve the quality of the service received, at the same time.
